Day 31 feels pretty DARN GOOD! I am not very hungry but that is just my 'monthly gift' giving me something back after all the crap she put me through on Monday!
WHAT I ATE TODAY:

Coffee. 2 cups. Made with 3 Sweet Thing and 2 tbsp HWC

Curried Chicken soup (pretty much) Chicken breast, chick peas, sweet and regular potatoes and LOTS of veggies!!! Tonight we Zona!

Chicken Cali Wrap w/tortilla chips (can't help it) and LOTSA pico di gallo!
WHAT I WORKED OUT TODAY:

The tire sled is the Great Equalizer...every single time. I am definitely getting faster and stronger...my times are better...fewer DNF's=Happy Girl.
