Day 13 - 8/27/11



WHAT I ATE TODAY:
Pre workout hydration
English Muffin (dry) with bacon, egg, and cheese from DD
One nice Arnold Palmer for the pool (Sweet Tea Vodka and Crystal Light lemonade)


4 Spare Ribs and BBQ Sauce from Tom Jenkins
NY Strip steak (ate half of this) with potato coins and asparagusGorgonzola salad at the MMA fights

WHAT I WORKED OUT TODAY:


Partner WOD on Saturday (which I haven't been to in months!). We pushed a 225lb sled and we did the whole thing in 23:23. I posted this pic instead to show how GORGEOUS we look after sweatin' it out! UNCLE BOB IS IN THE HOUSE PEOPLE!!!
