WHAT I ATE TODAY:
2 cups with 2 1/2 Sweet Things and 2 tbsp of hwc
Levy's Kosher - Schwarma Pita (lamb, turkey, hummus, Isreali salad, spicy stuff and tzatziki sauce) I ate about 2/3 of the pita and 3-4 bites of rice and beans
Arnold Palmer ZERO and WATER throughout the day babes...Pork Tenderloin, Asparagus and Potatoes (with a lil ketchup and bleu cheese dressing)
Grapes at 10pm...hungry!
WHAT I WORKED OUT TODAY:
The week is ALMOST over!
